Hit The Road In This Epic 1970s Camper And Car

We love a good time capsule around here.

Usually, we use the term time capsule when referring to beautifully maintained homes full of vintage touches. But this time, we’re focusing on something a little more mobile.

This car & camper combo looks like it popped right out of the early 1970s, and it’s too good not to share. For sale in Grove City, the 1972 Caprice and the 1972 Shadow camper are definitely perfect examples of days gone by.

Complete with all of the paperwork, manuals, and titles, the iconic duo is on sale for a cool $35,000. You can check out the full listing here, or keep scrolling to take a closer look.

Can you imagine rocking up to the campground with this set up? Epic.

The green shag carpet on the interior of the Shadow camper still has it’s “shaggy” quality, which is quite impressive.

The old-school accessories add to the vintage charm.

There’s even a rotary phone.

In addition the the sleeping area, the camper also features a dinette.

There’s plenty of room to cook while you’re on the road.

When you find the perfect spot to set up camp, you can pop open the canopy for extra shade.

The interior of the car could use some work, but she doesn’t look too bad for her age!

If you decide to buy this little gem, be sure to let us know when it’s time to go camping. If you need some suggestions on where to go, we’ve got you covered.
